Basic Salsa

16 oz Canned tomatoes, drained, finely chopped OR 1 lb Fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped
4 oz Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chopped (jalapenos if desired)
1/2 c Onion, finely chopped
1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cilantro

Mix all ingrediants, cover and refrigerate several hours.
