Bean And Garlic Dip 2 c Pinto Beans *
1/4 c Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 1/2 ts Red Chiles, Ground
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
