Salsa De Chili (chili Sauce)

2 tb Butter
1 Onion; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Gebhardt's Chili Powder
1 c Tomatoes
1 c Meat stock or water

Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter until soft; add flour, salt and Gebhardt's Chili Powder and stir until smooth. Add tomatoes and meat stock or water. Cook until thickened and smooth.

Strain if desired.
