Taos Honey Lemon Dressing 1 Lemon
1 c Honey
1/2 c Unseasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c Peanut oil
1 ts Pure red chile powder
Zest the lemon, being careful not to include any of the bitter white part. Finely mince the zest. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, and add the zest and remaining ingredients. Combine well and chill
