Cheesy Taco Salad 1 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion, diced
1 lb Velveeta cheese
3 tb Taco salsa
Salad fixings
1 sm Bag of corn chips
Prepare salad as usual. Meanwhile, brown the hamburger and onions. In a separate pot, melt Velveeta over low heat. When melted, stir in salsa. To prepare as taco sald, add hamburger onion mixture to salad; pour on the cheese salsa mixture; toss well, to coat evenly. Add about 2 cups of coarsley crumbled corn chips; toss again and serve immediately.
