Diablo Tequila and Tonic 1 Lime
2 c White tequila
2 To 3 jalapenos, halved, lengthwise, seeded
6 c Tonic water
Using peeler, remove peel from lime (green part only) in strips. Combine peel, tequila and jalapenos in glass jar with tight-fitting lid. Chill overnight. Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 3 tablespoons tequila and 3/4 cup tonic water into each.
