El Charro Salsa De Chile Verde (chunky Green Sauce) 2 cl Garlic
6 Ripe tomatoes, chopped
6 Green chiles, roast, peel, chop
1 md White onion, chopped
1 ts Salt, or to taste
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Vinegar
1 ts Oil
1 bn Cilantro, chopped
Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if desired, and toss. Chill before serving. Yield: 2 cups
