Fiesta Dip

1/2 cn Refried beans
1/4 c Salsa
1/2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 ea Green chili pepper, chopped

Combine all ingredients and place in crock pot. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
